If you apply to run a truck or sign up for a vendor account, we collect:

• Your name and business or truck name
• Contact information — email address, phone number, Instagram handle
• Booking records — the dates you request, your spot assignments, and check-in history
• Payment records — amounts and payment status for your bookings
• Your signed vendor agreement, including your typed signature

If you just browse the site, we don't ask for or store any personal information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe — we never see, store, or have access to your full card details. We only record that a payment was made and how much it was for.

• Run the lot: approve bookings, assign spots, publish tonight's lineup
• Email you about your bookings — confirmations, approvals, payment receipts
• Show your truck's name, cuisine, and bio on the public lineup when you're scheduled

We do not sell your information to anyone, ever. We don't share it with third parties except the services that run this site (our hosting, database, email, and payment providers), and only as needed to operate.
